A postcard kiosk stands where people are taking photos anyway — by a monument, in a museum, at a viewpoint. The visitor sends their own photo from a phone, picks a postcard design, pays and collects the print moments later. The machine has no camera and needs no staff.

Postcard designThe photo lands in a ready design — with a frame, the name of the place and artwork prepared for that specific location.
Payment on the spotCoins and tokens, banknotes, or card and BLIK. You set the prices and the accepted denominations yourself.
Printing without a waitThe print comes off a dye-sublimation printer — the same quality as in the booth. The program tracks how much paper is left.
Adverts between sessionsWhen nobody is using it, the screen shows an animation or an advert. The floor space works even when nobody is paying.
Revenue reportA summary of payments and prints arrives by e-mail. You do not have to drive out to settle up with the venue owner.
How it differs from the other versions
A postcard kiosk has no camera — the photo comes from the visitor’s phone. If the machine should take the pictures itself and charge for them, take Fotillo PhotoBooth Vending. If it should print ready-made card designs instead of postcards, take Fotillo CardPrint Vending — the same machine with a different set of artwork.
Photos and the internet
The photo travels from the phone to the machine through Fotillo Cloud, so a permanent connection is needed. Printing and payment stay local — a brief internet outage does not block a machine that has already received the photo.

5Enter your e-mail address and download the package. The program starts in DEMO mode — it runs with no time limit, and prints carry a trial-version mark.
The machine earns from day one, so an activation code with a pool of prints usually pays for itself faster than in the event version. You buy the code in the Tokens section; it is tied to one computer, and the configurator shows the price as you tick the functions.
Templates and appearance
A postcard design is worth building for the specific place — with the name, the crest or a view the visitor will recognise. You will find more designs in the Templates section, and you can build your own in the template editor — a browser tool where you lay out the frames, add a background and captions, then upload the finished file to the device. No graphics software needed.
Sample collages from the templates included in this version
PrinterDye-sublimation Citizen CY and CY-02, DNP DS-RX1 and DS-RX1 HS — with these the program reads the paper level and warns you before it runs out. It will also print on any printer set as the Windows default, but without media status.
