Fewer and fewer people carry cash, and the box by the door collects less every year. The donation kiosk takes coins, notes, cards and BLIK, shows on screen what the money is for, and prints a confirmation. It has no camera and takes no photos.

What it does
Four ways to giveCoins and tokens, banknotes, contactless card and BLIK. Enable only the ones you want to handle.
Preset amountsReady buttons with amounts instead of typing — less hesitation, a faster donation. You set the amounts yourself.
A paper confirmationA confirmation is printed after the payment. Useful wherever the donor wants a record of it.
A screen that explains the causeBetween donations the device shows what you are collecting for — photos, a description, an animation.
Themes for the recipientSeparate artwork sets for churches and for animal shelters, so you are not starting from a blank screen.
Settlement without a tripA daily e-mail report of donations, split between cash and cashless payments.
How it differs from the other versions
The donation kiosk has no camera and photographs nothing — it is the one Fotillo version that is not about pictures. If the device should take photos and charge for them, take Fotillo PhotoBooth Vending. If it should print souvenir postcards, take Fotillo PostcardBooth.
Photos and the internet
Collecting donations needs nothing more than power — cash and the terminal work locally. The internet is there for reports and for checking remotely how much has come in.
3Choose a theme: the Churches theme, Animal shelter, or the classic no-occasion look.
4Tick the functions: Payment by cash and tokens, Card / BLIK payment, Printer (Citizen / DNP).
5Enter your e-mail address and download the package. The program starts in DEMO mode — it runs with no time limit, and prints carry a trial-version mark.
The device accepts donations without limit; the activation code unlocks the full version and a pool of confirmation prints. You buy the code in the Tokens section; it is tied to one computer, and the configurator shows the price as you tick the functions.
Templates and appearance
Here it is not about a collage but about the screen: photos and a description of the cause change how much people give. You will find more designs in the Templates section, and you can build your own in the template editor — a browser tool where you lay out the frames, add a background and captions, then upload the finished file to the device. No graphics software needed.

TerminalA payment terminal handling cards and BLIK, driven by the program. Amount sets are configured separately for single payments and packages.
